Thinking differently
The short term loan market was under scrutiny and responsible lenders like Vanquis who were in the credit rating building end of the business were in danger of being tarred with the same brush. The campaign was aimed to test product and propositions under an extremely tight compliance radar. We developed an entire contact strategy and executions to manage sale messaging and what we called ’husbandry’ to do with the customer’s account managmeent. These linked to bespoke landing pages where the new loan could be arranged.
