Robertson is a leading independent actuarial consultancy.
They asked Daisy to design and build a more informative and
engaging website for them. The challenge was to bring out
their thought leadership credentials, while reinforcing
their proposition of
real people, real skills, real
results.
They liked our approach so much that they then asked us to
develop their recruitment press advertising as well as
design and write a new graduate recruitment brochure. Here
we used an unusual mix and match format that immediately
conveyed the combination of different skills they were
looking for in their graduate trainees.
But what made it really interesting was that via the
recruitment brochure, emails, website, press ads and milk
round materials, prospective students could directly link
to each of the three people featured.
All these people were at different stages of their career
development, so able to give a unique insight into working
for the firm. By enabling prospective employees to ask them
questions (and to receive meaningful answers through
templated response emails) we were able to show that the
promise of
real people, real skills, real results
was a very real one.
